Michael Scott

Michael Scott, 64, of Hortense, GA passed away Sunday the 10th of February 2013 at the Hospice of the Golden Isles. Mr. Scott memorialization was by cremation. A celebration of life service will be held Sunday the 10th of March 2013, 5 PM at the residence of Jack Lissner 15 Wassaw Island Circle, Brunswick, GA

Born the 21st of July 1948 in Tifton, GA and is the son of the late John Thomas Scott, and the late Annie Rakestraw Scott. Mr. Scott had been a resident of Brantley and Glynn County for the past 42 years. H e was a self employed Landscaper which he owns and operates Three Oaks Landscaping. Mr. Scott was a avid woodworker and gardener. He leaves behind many fond memories that will be cherished by all.

In addition to Mr. Scott’s parents he is preceded in death by his sister Jo Ann Scott, and a brother Donnie Wesley Scott, Sr.

Survivors include his step-son Scott Milo and wife Nikki; and grandson Caden Milo all of Hortense, GA; brother John Scott of Tifton, GA; and his very good friend Lisa Walden of St. Simons Island, GA.
