A native and lifelong resident of Glynn County, Linda was born the 26th of October 1948 to the late A.L. (Pinky) Strayer, Jr. and the late Eudelle (Sue) Browning Strayer. Linda was a 1966 graduate of Glynn Academy and a member of College Place United Methodist Church in Brunswick.
In addition to Linda’s parents she is preceded in death by her husband John Zebrowski and Sister Carol Strayer.
Survivors include her three children Patton Doyle (Georganna), Allison Thompson (Alex). Tamara Brook (Kenneth) all of Brunswick, GA; Brother Bobby Strayer (Martha) of Brunswick, GA; Uncle S.C. Browning of Lumber City, GA; eight grandchildren- Matthew Yates, Mackenzie Yates, Grace Anderson, A.J. Anderson, Nicki Thompson, Dylin Doyle, Julia Doyle, Ty Anderson, three Great Grandchildren-Olivia Yates, Rose Yates and Emma Yates one niece, and one nephew.
Family will receive friends 6 p.m.- 8 p.m. Friday evening the 29th of November 2019 at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home, 3321 Glynn Ave., in Brunswick.
A funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday the 30th of November 2019 in the chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home, where Earl Lamey is to officiate. Interment will follow at Palmetto Cemetery 3412 Ross Rd. in Brunswick. Grandchildren will be pallbearers.
In lieu of customary remembrances memorial contributions may be made in Linda’s honor to the Hospice of the Golden Isles, 1692 Glynco Parkway, Brunswick, GA 31525
