Johnny Edward “Jon Jon” Hall, Jr., 39, of Darien, departed this life Thursday, June 28, 2018 in McIntosh County. Funeral services will be held at 11AM Wednesday, July 4, 2018 in the chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Peeler officiating. Interment will follow in St. Andrews Cemetery with Gary Ryals, Zach Wood, Ricky Boone, Dan Williams, Daniel Pearson, Ike Maulden, and David Stevens serving as pallbearers.
Born August 26, 1978 in Brunswick, Georgia to Johnny E. Hall, Sr. and the late Kathy R. Anderson, he was a 1996 Graduate of McIntosh County Academy. Mr. Hall was the owner of Darien Beverage Center, Eulonia Beverage Center, and Altman’s Restaurant. He was also an associate with Seaboard Realty. Mr. Hall was a lifelong resident of McIntosh County and was of the Baptist Faith. He enjoyed fishing and golfing.
Survivors include his wife, Joanna Jessup Hall, a daughter, Jolee Hall, both of Darien, father and stepmother, Johnny Hall Sr., and wife Carla of Brunswick, a stepbrother, Alex Watson and wife Andrea of Flowery Branch, GA, stepsister, Heather Mullis and husband Henry of Jacksonville Beach, stepfather, Darry Anderson of Claxton, father and mother- in-law, Lee and Evelyn Jessup of Cochran, maternal grandmother, Hazel Rogers of Darien, a special aunt, Joyce Howard of Darien, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, nieces and nephews.
