He was a lifelong native of Brunswick, Georgia born the 2nd of September 1983 to Richard Lee Owens, Jr. and Patricia Lynn Davis Owens.
Jason enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid sportsman. He loved fishing and following college football and major league baseball. He participated in sports from T-Ball through highschool where he was an integral part of the Brunswick High Pirates baseball team. He was a huge fan of the Braves, the Seminoles and of course, the Dawgs.
After high school Jason attended Coastal Community College where he earned a 2 year certificate in industrial plant maintenance. He ultimately put his skills to work at Rich Products Corp where he helped keep the systems running for 10 years. His last 3 years were spent at Pinova where he was working at the time of his passing.
What Jason loved most in life was spending time with his beloved wife and his two adorable daughters.
Jason is preceded in death by his beloved maternal grandparents Earl P Davis and Irma J Davis as well as his paternal grandparent Richard Owens Sr.
Jason is survived by his loving wife Crystal Owens; children Bayleigh Leila Owens, Mila Grace Owens, his mother Patricia Lynn Davis Owens, his father Richard Owens Jr, brother Richard Owens III and grandmother Virginia Owens as well as several aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Jason’s Life will occur 11 a.m. Saturday, 11th of September 2021 in the chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home, 3321 Glynn Ave. in Brunswick, with Rev. Earl Kicklighter officiating, assisted by Mr. Ken Lemmond.
