Jack, 
Your eye for capturing just the right scene in your photos transported me as a little girl and into adulthood with each Christmas card you sent. Whenever you visited us in Birmingham, the fun arrived in your stories and heart!

I just learned of Jack's passing.   My deepest sympathies.   He was a good friend when I was at the Abbey.   Mr. Hanahan introduced me to him.   We all had fun times at Mr. H's home in Belmont and the mountain house in Celo.    Jack had a great laugh.   I will miss that laugh.    And, to my surprise he once let me drive his Lincoln.   I was surprised because it seemed like every time Mr. H let me borrow his car, I had an accident.   Ha!     Jack will be missed.     Take care ---

Julia and I are saddened learning of Jack's passing.  He was always a great friend and compatriot.  We very much enjoyed his humor and friendship.  He was also a Groomsman in our wedding.  We fondly remember many good times with Jack and Mr Hanahan up at Celo, and of course riding around in his convertible Lincoln Continental.  We last saw him 6 years ago at the lake, and he had'nt changed a bit, still the old Jack.  He will be missed.  Our condolences to Linda.
