Carl Edward Hilliard

Mr. Hilliard was a native of Ripley, TN. And had been a resident of Hortense for the past 20 years and was a former resident of Brunswick. He loved Sports.

Survivors are his wife, Loretta “Jeannie” Hilliard of Hortense, Ga., a daughter, Shera Lee Pierce of Waynesville, Ga., two sons, Jason Hilliard (Chrissy) and Justin Hilliard both of Hortense, Ga., two grandsons, Shawn Hilliard of Waynesville, and Jason Hilliard, Jr. of Hortense, Ga., a granddaughter, Destiny Hilliard of Hortense, his mother, Doris Hilliard of Waynesville, two sisters, Wanda Hummel (Wesley) of Hortense and Teresa Johnson (Eric) of Brunswick, a brother, Robert “Muggs’ Hilliard of Hortense, Mother and Father-in-law, Chris and Henry Jemenez of Artesia, N.M., two brother-in-laws, Henry Jemenez, Jr., and Candy Ray Jemenez and two sister-in-laws, Georgia Jemenez and Terry Jemenez all of Artesia, N.M. and several nieces and nephews and cousins.

Memorial Services will be held at 2 O’clock Monday 3/1/10 in the Chapel of the Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Brother Hughes officiating.

The family will receive friends in the Funeral Home from 6 to 8 Pm Saturday 2/27/10.
