Born August 25, 1978 in Salem, Virginia to Edward A. Swan, III, and Amy C. Swan, she graduated from Westminster Academy in Fort Lauderdale, FL; Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL; and Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, FL. She had been a resident of Brunswick since 2005.
Survivors include her father, Edward A. Swan, III, of Sparta, NC; her mother, Amy C. Swan of Coral Springs, FL; her stepfather, Donald J. Cacioppo of Coral Springs, FL; her aunts, Irene Swan of Newnan, GA, and Lori Dirkes of Brunswick. She is also survived by her devoted partner, Robert A. Ackerman of Brunswick.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Edward A. Swan, Jr. and Lorraine Swan, and her maternal grandparents, George L. Reed and Joyce A. Reed.
