San Juanita was a strong beautiful, courageous, loving, happy, compassionate woman of faith. She cared and loved deeply. She loved her family. Her husband of 53 years was the greatest love of her life. She was so proud of her children and adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
On behalf of the entire family, please accept our deepest gratitude for all the support and compassion we have received from all of you. We will forever be thankful to everyone that knew our beautiful wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband, Sabino Jaime Chavez and her children: Gloria Chavez (husband Gustavo Zamora), Jaime Chavez, Daniel Chavez, Diana Chavez (husband Tomas Garcia), and her grandchildren: Katalyna Garcia, Dayanara Chavez, Kathia Chavez, Sophia Chavez, Randy Chavez, and her great grandson Ismael Daniel De Hoyos, and her great granddaughter Amilia Chavez.
She was preceded in death by her father Margarito Silva † and her mother Celestina Alonso †; her brothers Gonzalo Silva † and Domingo Silva †; her granddaughter Kassandra Garcia †.
Serving as pallbearers are Sabino Jaime Chavez, Jaime Chavez, Daniel Chavez, Randy Chavez, Gustavo Zamora and Tomas Garcia.
Visitation will be held Thursday, October 20, 2022 from 1pm - 12am with a rosary at 7pm in Chapel of Angels. A continued visitation will be held on Friday, October 21, 2022 from 12am - 10am. A mass will take place at Good Shepherd Catholic Church at 10am followed by a burial at Buena Vista Burial Park.
