He is preceded in death by his parents; Conrado and Eva Rodriguez, in-laws; Alfonso and Maria Solis, brother; Conrado Rodriguez.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife; Belinda Solis Villarreal, children; Osiel Jr. (Jeanie) Houston, TX, Jaime Osiel (Connie), Jason, Justin, and Jake, all of Brownsville, siblings; Jesus (Yolanda) Villarreal, Oscar, Delia Rodriguez, Linda Zamarripa of Brownsville.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.
