He is preceded in death by his wife, Marisol Cavazos and sister, Gloria Cavazos.
Mr. Cavazos is survived by his five children; Juan Bautista Cavazos Jr. (Alicia), Jose Angel Cavazos, Lucy Cavazos, Liza Cavazos (Joe Perez) and Victor Cavazos; his three brothers; Jose Angel Cavazos, Victor Cavazos, and Egloberto Cavazos; his three sisters; Elizabeth Najm, Lucy Issa, and Janie Jordon; and five grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2015 from 11:00a.m. to 9:00p.m. with a Rosary at 7:00p.m. at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista. Mass will be held on Friday, July 3, 2015 at 2:00p.m. at ST. Joseph (555 W. St. Francis) followed by a committal service at Buena Vista Burial Park.
