My father, Homero Solis passed away on February 5th, 2022 at VRMC. Although his health was deteriorating and I knew God was calling, I was hoping to be blessed with more time. I take comfort in knowing that my dad is no longer in pain and has reunited with my mother in Heaven. He will forever be in my heart and I’m extremely grateful for all the beautiful memories, lessons, and values he instilled in my heart. My father always saw the good in others and was always happy to be around those he loved and cared for. Until the very end, my father was the same hard-working and dedicated man I’ve known my entire life. Additionally, my father was a true Cowboys fan and loved dancing the night away with the love of his life San Juanita. Homero Solis will be truly missed, but never forgotten, as those who cherished him in life, will continue to do so in death.
I love you, Dad. Now and forevermore.
