ANDERSON, Ralph James, age 73 of Spring Hill, FL died Friday, February 2, 2017 at Oak Hill Hospital. He was born in Pennsylvania and came to the area 9 years ago from Texas. He retired from the U.S. Air Force achieving the rank of Major. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Weeki Wachee. He was an ordained deacon, treasurer, worship leader and Sunday school teacher. He was also a member of the VFW, the American Legion and the Military Officers Association of America (M.O.A.A.) He is survived by his wife Patsy Anderson of Spring Hill, FL; sons: Scott Anderson of Alabama; Robert Anderson of Pennsylvania; daughters: Angie Anderson of Pennsylvania and Cindy Shaw of Texas; step-sons: Billy and Bobby Bowling; 9 grandchildren. Visitation for friends will be 10-11:00am. Monday, February 20, 2017 at the First Baptist Church of Weeki Wachee where a Celebration of Life will begin at 11:00am with Pastor Raymond H. Willis officiating.
