Mark A. Manuel

A lifelong resident of Brooksville, Mark was member of the 1978 graduating class of Hernando High School and was an Alumnus of the University of Florida where he received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.  He had worked in Environmental Engineering for Southwest Florida Water Management District, was a member of St. Anthony the Abbot Catholic Church and Brooksville Kiwanis Club.  

Survivors include his parents:  C. E., Sr. and Ruth Ann Manuel of Brooksville; son:  Spencer Manuel of St. Petersburg, FL; brothers & sisters-in-law: Cliff & Laurie Manuel of Brooksville and Paul & Diane Manuel of Bailey’s Bluff, FL; sister & brother-in-law:  Lynn & Tom Mountain of Brooksville; and several nieces and nephews. 

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00am, Friday, February 23, 2018 at St. Anthony the Abbot Catholic Church, with Father Paul Pecchie officiating.  Burial will follow at the Brooksville Cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mark’s name to St. Anthony the Abbot Catholic Church.
