playing bingo, going to Disney World, and most of all spending time with her family. During her time as a
candy striper, she developed her love for taking care of people and later became a nurse. She graduated
from Mercy School of Nursing, operated by Walsh College, in 1971 and was one of the first women to
graduate from Walsh. Right after graduation, she started her career with Mercy Medical Center, as a

she met in high school while they were out bowling with friends and family. Together they created and
raised a beautiful family in their hometown of Louisville, OH. All of us who call Donna our family are so
blessed. Even with her very busy life, she always supported all her children’s and grandchildren’s
activities and sports and made her presence known with her signature whistle. After she retired, Donna
wintered in Brooksville Florida with Dean. She was an active member of the Board of Directors at
Camper’s Holiday and held multiple positions as Activities Director and Secretary during her time. She
loved her park life and all the activities at the park. Donna’s greatest joy was seeing her children and
grandchildren as she was always a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Donna is survived by her
husband, Dean Sells; their children and spouses, Diana Laubacher and Matthew (Jennifer) Sells; their 4
grandchildren, Gabriella (Alexander) Reed, Griffin Sells, Mikaiah Sells, and Rylee Sells. She would tell you
