He was born April 27, 1943 in Niagara Falls, New York and came to this area six years ago from Tripoli, Wisconsin. He was a United States Air Force Veteran and served from 1964-1968 as a jet engine mechanic. He retired from the Wausau Paper in Rhinelander, Wisconsin and was of the Catholic faith. He loved cars (especially Chevys), dogs (especially black labs) and he loved having campfires and spending time with his family. He would have wanted us to live the saying, "Don't cry because he is gone, but rater smile because he was here."
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; son and girlfriend, Daniel Fogg & Patty Klucarich; daughter and son-in-law, Barbara & Steve Hagen of East Helena, Montana; brother and sister-in-law, Art & Bonnie Kotila of Wisconsin; sister and brother-in-law, Jane & Mike Prahl of Wisconsin; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held July 16, 2017 at 1:00pm at the Cassian Town Hall in Harshaw, Wisconsin. Inurnment will take place at Florida National Cemetery Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at 10 am with military honors by the Sumter County Honor Guard
