He was born in Lynn Haven, Florida on August 11, 1941 and has been a lifelong resident of this area. He was a Land Developer and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Jean Taylor of Spring Hill, Florida; daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Terrell Dodgins of Dillard, Georgia; brother, John Henry Taylor of St. Petersburg, Florida; sisters and brother-in-law, Leatha and Jerry Mead of Crystal River, Florida; five grandchildren, Steven Fenoglio, Taylor Fenoglio, Preston Fenoglio, Brando-Fenoglio, Jeanilee Fenoglio.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Merritt Funeral Home, Brooksville Chapel.
