Rita was a very loving lady she will be missed I remember all of good memories with her god bless her family she will always be remembered.

The Vento Family wants to send all our love to all who were affected by the passing of "Mamma". Especially to Josephine  Chris and Mario.... may the all the outpouring of sympathy give you support.

We never once called her "Rita". It was always "Mamma". She just wanted to love and be present in all our lives.... in essence to be everyone's Mamma! 

Being long time friends,  we have always felt like part of the family,  a truly special feeling.  

"Mamma" was smiling down on us seeing everyone congregate on her behalf. Enjoying all the stories,  laughs, food recently shared together. 

It is a bittersweet time. We miss that fantastic lady,  but comforted knowing her body is at peace.

She was great to me in my time with her and she lived a great life and the prove is her two wonderful children mario and Josephine she was such a nice person i remember talking to her about the old days and how Brooklyn had change over the years she will be missed by many and i will hold my memories of her with me thank you for everything you did for me over the years god bless

What a beautiful picture of a warm and loving woman.  I remember how she always wanted me to eat. I was so skinny as a teenager.  Rita, may you rest in peace. You are a beautiful woman and will be dearly missed. We all loved you.

She was the sweetest woman I've ever met so kind and loving to family whenever I call Josephine she always would get on the phone and say hi she'll greatly be missed
