I was going through photos and stumbled across this one, where I spotted Helen in the corner with Rudy. I haven't seen her, probably since Rudy's passing, but I thought of her often. I remember parties on my grandparents' back deck, like the one in the photo. Everyone in this photo have now been reunited, with DeeDee joining them in June.

My mother Catherine Vernoia Camaioni and Helen were first cousins . There mothers Laura and my grandmother Apolonia Silecchia Vernoia (Bella) were sisters.
I grew up knowing all of my mother (Kitty) first cousins.  Helen and I had a special bond and would kid around all the time!
I am sad to learn of her passing this July but am happy to know she had a long life and no doubt she was happy! I remember her and Rudy vividly. They were both very warm and loving. My prayers are with her family. Love

 My dear Aunt Helen and Uncle Rudy. My God parents are together again with my Mom and Dad. I will always remember the day of my wedding, Aunt Helen doing last minute alterations on my wedding dress and making sure it was just right. They sure don't make them like them anymore!! i have carried this picture around in my wallet for years now..So many great memories of visiting up in Wurstboro. (and Brooklyn)  Toys , candies (from the store down the hill) bee stings, upstate Pine trees. Aunt Helen always made sure that, I being the youngest (at the time) was taken care of when the rest of the gang took off and then as an adult visiting with Debra and Jake both Uncle Rudy and Aunt Helen sat at the exit to make sure we didn't have any trouble finding the house. Of course she had some little cowboy men she bought for Jake to play with . All these great memories. She was one of a kind... (Like the rest of the Sullivan Sisters) Aunt Helen will be missed. Our Love to Adam, Lois , Lucia, Laura and everyone.

 I’m sorry to hear about your mom’s passing. Just heard about it  the middle of the night I still remember eating Sunday dinner over at your  moms down in the basement and I miss you guys. How is Laura and Lucia .Adam I’m assuming you’re reading this .I do love and miss you guys .from  long lost cousin Vic. Again, my condolences. Take care
