The Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi ends with
“For it is in giving that we receive, pardoning that we are pardoned, and dying that we are born to eternal light”.
Eileen also enjoyed Broadway and vacations. On one trip to Italy, Eileen and Ed visited Assisi. Walking past the Basilica of St.Francis, Eileen experienced a profound sense of peace.

A visitation for Eileen will be held Thursday, October 13, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Joseph G. Duffy, 255 Ninth Street, Brooklyn, NY 11215. A funeral mass will occur Friday, October 14, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Holy Name Church, 245 Prospect Park West, Brooklyn, NY 11215. A committal service will occur Friday, October 14, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Holy Cross Cemetery, 3620 Tilden Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11209.
