James “Jim” H. Parish 84 Oct. 27, 1939-Oct. 27, 2023. Survived by wife Karen; children Billy (deceased) Mark (Mary/deceased), Mike (Sue), Cathy (Chris), Bobby (deceased), stepchildren Ken, Chris (Wendey), Stacey (Andrew), Whitman and sister Susan; grand and great-grandchildren.
Loving and hard-working single father of 5 children until meeting the love of his life, Karen, of 39 yrs. Jim served as a Marine, retired as a Sargent from WI State Fair Police Dept. after 25 yrs., City of Wauwatosa DPW after 33 yrs. Hobbies: hunting, shooting, all things horses, SASS, NRA, and traveling. Jim was lucky to live his dream of being a real Cowboy when he performed a successful C-section on a cow and the calf lived!
His final days were surrounded with the love of family. Leaving this world, the way he lived. Under his terms. The way he wanted to!
