Liz, Trent, Blake, Bella, Bo, and Jack -

Our soccer families are always connected. We started our soccer journey together on 12/27/2012. Scott and I coached Crockett Indoor Soccer, WCSA Indoor Soccer, and YMCA Soccer teams together for 7 years, winning many Championships, building awesome players with characters, and  created close relationships with hundreds of players/parents.  On behalf of all our soccer families, Scott, We already miss you. 

We are sending our deepest condolences and sympathy to your family.   We hope that your fond memories provide some comfort during this challenging time.

In just a short amount of time - Scott made a huge impact on all of us in Kansas City - he was charming and never took no for an answer - always had a plan and when the plan needed "tweaking" he had it figured out . . . his spirit is with us to help the Holloway's figure it out . . . never easy but with time and love all of us will prevail - that's how Scott would handled such a situation - to the Holloway kids - talk dad up . . . help mom - your parents are spectacular people!

I am so sorry to hear the passing a Bo, What a shock period always was a great guy growing up with him in middle school in high school period you will definitely be missed brother period my condolences to the Holloway family

Sending positive thoughts and prayers from New Jersey. I met Scott in 2013 during a company outing and we instantly connected. Although, knowing Scott more now, that was a part of his superpower.  He was a genuine, kind, easy to talk to, and empathetic human.  We took several business trips together and to this day I still laugh out loud thinking about our conversations.  I can still hear his laugh.  You will be missed, Scott. My condolences to his family, friends, and loved ones.  

I am saddened to hear of Bo's passing. We grew up together and played many sports together. We played football in Dunedin and he was the defense tackle who was in front of me when I played linebacker. He was also or kicker for kickoffs, was 6'6", and wore a neck roll. Opposing teams players' used to say, "Did you see the size of their kicker?" He kicked off one time at Dixie Hollins and sent the ball through the field goal posts, and out of the stadium. My thoughts and prayers are with Bo's family. You will be missed my friend.

We are so saddened by the news of Bo's passing.  Our thoughts and prayers are with Ellen and family.  We pray for peace, grace, comfort and compassion for the Holloways.  

Bo my heart is absolutely broken with this news. You were one of a kind and I have no doubt your beautiful wife and amazing children will carry your legacy of kindness, joy, and love throughout their lifetime.  

Right now I am brought back to the days in our 20's, where you were my buddy, my cheerleader, and my greatest friend with wisdom when I wasn't always being wise.  I remember all the conviction in you that Bo Jackson was the greatest of all time.  I often think of the day of Johnny's funeral back at house when Jody played his favorite songs and the way the Holloway's celebrated almost harder than they mourned.  I'm at peace that you are together. 

I haven't seen you in over 3 decades but knowing you were on this planet just made it a better place.  Today I have allowed myself to cry because you made everyone you touched a bit more special...a lot more loved. Thanks for being my friend.  Thanks for keeping childhood fun and innocent. Thanks for showing us the high road. I miss you kid and you'll never be forgotten.  We called you Bo because you were always a league better, a class higher, a friend more kind. I'll continue to celebrate our birthdays every March 21st and 22nd and think of you in the spring when life always seems to be fun and full of life

Although I only knew Scott for a short time, I enjoyed his visits to Kansas City. We had many laughs and good conversation. He was very proud of his family and always talked about them. I'm so very sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with his family, and I will miss you Scott. 

Bo I will never forget meeting you in elementary school and becoming buddies.  We competed against one another in little league with some amazing games.  To Bo’s family I am so sorry for your loss.  Just know that Bo was a great guy who touched many lives.  RIP Bo!

Holloway Family,
I am so saddened by the news of Bo’s passing. He was an important part of my growing up years!  I am just heart broken. I have wanted to reach out so many times. Life is to short and precious. I have so many fond childhood memories with the Holloway family~  Pool olympics being one. Crazy how things happen as we just drove by your old house on Sunday and reminisced about the good times. I love you all and am praying for your peace. Please give everyone my love and hugs.

We are so glad to have been to the Brentwood Fire baseball games this spring. Scott would always share his wisdom in the game  as well as words of encouragement with each and every boy on the team. He showed them how to be a good person and team member, how to persevere, and how to have fun. We are appreciative of all the time he gave to these boys and we believe with certainty their memories will inspire them for many years to come. God bless Scott and family.
