Alan Tye Waldon

Alan Tye Waldon, age 54 of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, departed this life on Monday, October 12, 2020 in Lebanon, Tennessee. He was born on March 9, 1966 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Harvey William and Frances Marie Durham Waldon. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Timothy William Burton Waldon.

Tye was a salesman for Williams Wholesale in Cookeville, Tennessee. He was passionate about spending time with his family, Dallas Cowboys, golfing, and following his faith in Christ.

He is survived by his children, Crystal (Jeremy) Gray of Greeneville, Tennessee, Alan (Ashley) Waldon of Cookeville, Tennessee, JT (Caitlyn)Waldon of Meridianville, Alabama and Sylvia Waldon of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; grandchildren, Maps and Emmarie Gray; Siblings, Glenda Griffin and Peggy Demumbra.

A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at one o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday, October 17th at Brentwood-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Floyd Officiating. There will be a gathering of family and friends from eleven o’clock in the morning until time of services at one. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park
