On Thursday, September 21, 2017, he leaves to cherish his memory, wife Joanie L. Henderson; three sons, Jeffrey Henderson, Reginald (Shaniya) and Aaron Carter; a host of other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends on Saturday, October 7 from 9 a.m. until time of service 10 a.m. at East Washington Heights Baptist Church, 2220 Branch Ave., SE. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
