Passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 12, 2019. He is survived by his nephew, Steven R. Somers; stepson, Kenneth L. Courtney; daughter-in-law, Wandra Powell; a host of other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 22 from 12:30 p.m. until time of service 1:30 p.m. at Fort Lincoln Funeral Home, 3401 Bladensburg Road, Brentwood, MD. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
