Ted Howard Carter

Ted was born to Mary S. and Gary F Carter on April 1, 1957 in California. Ted grew up in California with his 5 siblings and attended Ridgemont High School. After High School he joined the Merchant Marines and also the Job Core in Roseburg Oregon.

In 1990 TC move to the Washington area to be closer to his mother and 2 sisters. In 1995 TC met Lorie Weed and they married on July 17, 1999. TC and Lorie built their home in Bremerton, surrounded by Lori's 3 children Bryon Weed, Robbie Lester, Jesse Weed and TC's extended family.

Ted worked at Red lobster, Forest Ridge, Bay Point Vista, and Field Stone Memory Care of Silverdale where he was a cook at all locations.

TC will be remembered for his kind loving heart, amazing sense of humor, and his memory/love of music and movies. Ted was preceded in death by his wife Lorie Weed/Carter of 20 years, his Mother Mary S. and Father Gary F. Carter, sister Christina A. Hill, and brother, Michael B. Carter. TC leaves to cherish in his memories, 3 step sons Bryon Weed, Robbie Lester (Elizabeth), and Jesse Weed. Grandkids, Audrey, Damian, Layla, and Gerald. Two sister's Julie Aria and Lorraine Carter, nephews Gary Hill and Shawn Hill (Courntey), Terry Hitrick (Kesia) and niece Elsa Daly. Along with 6 great nephew's, one great niece, a great great nephew, brother in-law James Hill and a brother for life Earl Grimms, plus, A host of extend family and friends.
