Born 8 September, 1940, in Lewiston, Idaho. He lived the first few years on a farm outside of Troy, Idaho. He moved to Lewiston, Idaho when he was young when his mother went to help her brothers. He said from that day on that "farming was not for him."
Hank joined the Idaho National Guard and the US Navy after High School graduation. He served in the US Navy for 30 years. It was his honor to serve his country. He earned an Associates Degree while stationed in San Diego at National University.
Hank retired in 1988 in Hawaii. Shortly after retiring, he moved to the Silverdale area to begin a career in real estate. Hank became active in the community joining Free and Accepted Masons of Washington and the Scottish Rite. For recreation he loved to play golf and bowl.
Hank is survived by his wife Linda in Silverdale, sister Vera with husband Paul in Minnesota, Elizabeth Carman of Colorado, he also has two half brothers, Jim and Bruce of Oregon. He has one late brother, Andy. He has nieces and nephews along with their families across the country who he took great pride and joy sharing in their lives.
