Clyde was born to Clyde and Nellie Carson in Winifred, MT on September 20, 1930. One of 8 children,
Clyde spent his early years in and around central Montana. Upon completion of high school, Clyde enlisted in the Navy, serving during the Korean War.
Upon discharge from the Navy, Clyde returned to central Montana, working various jobs including work in sawmills and work on various ranches.
In 1954, Clyde moved to Bremerton, Wa. And 1955, started work at PSNS as an electronics technician. In 1966, Clyde and Sara McCrory were married. Clyde retired in 1988.
Clyde’s hobbies included gardening, reading, travel to Montana and watching sports. Along the way, he managed to design and build 2 homes.
Clyde was preceded in death by his beloved wife Sara, his parents and all of his siblings, and son in law Steven T. Sizemore. He is survived by 3 children, Traci E. Sizemore of Port Orchard, Julie I Carson of Port Orchard, and Gerald C. Carson of Port Orchard, 3 grandsons, Jacob Sizemore, Justin Sizemore and Joel (Raelynn)Sizemore, several great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A private service will be held by the family.
