Cecile Ernestine Kaye

Cecile was born August 3, 1937 in St Louis, Missouri to William Farris Delcour and Marie Catherine Busch.

One of six children she was somewhere in the middle with an older sister (Jean) two older brothers (Tom and Bob) and two younger brothers (Kenny and Ray). Cecile graduated from Bremerton High in 1955 and worked for U.S. West communications for 27 years. She enjoyed decorating, gardening and traveling. Cecile has been to New York, Boston, Quebec, Montreal, Southern California and the Grand Canyon. She was also a big fan of the Show MASH.

Cecile is survived by son Howard Kaye, 3 wonderful Granddaughters; Jennifer, Erin and Katelyn, in addition 6 Great-Grandchildren

A burial for Cecile was held Friday, January 29, 2021 at 11:00 AM.
