Predeaced by her son Grant (1954), her husband Kenneth Creighton (1979), and her partner of many years Thomas (1999).
Lovingly remembered by her children Laura Gilroy (Ken), Brad Creighton (Meg), and Lynn Wilson (Jeff); by her grandchildren Sean Gilroy (Kate), Tyler Creighton (Erica), Derek Gilroy (Charlotte), Michelle Creighton, Travis Kovacs (Linda), Nicole Stuyt (Kevin), and Leanne Wilson (Skylar). Missed by her great-grand-children Lucas, Hunter, Lennon, Harrison, Blake, Lucy, and Callie.
Shirley loved playing cards with her friends. She loved family gatherings and travelling the world. She was a proud member of PROBUS, The Brantford Lion’s Club, and The Dunsdon Legion.
A private family service is being held. Donations may be made in Shirley’s memory to the Canadian Cancer Society, and Diabetes Canada.
