It is with the heaviest of hearts we announce the passing of Rory. Beloved dad to Tye and Lela, fiancée, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, friend, co-worker, and beautiful source of light and silliness.
Rory was born on June 25th 1987 and left us on Saturday October 12th, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and laughter.
Known for his infectious spirit, bright baby blue eyes, Rory brought kindness and love into every room he entered. His gentle and kind heart was open to all who needed it.
Rory lived many lives throughout his short life, from playing hockey, travelling, being in a band and most importantly taking on his most cherished role of being a dad. Rory absolutely loved being a dad.
From childhood to adulthood everyone who has known Rory knows what a privilege it was to have him in their lives for however long or short he may have been in them.
Please join us in celebrating Rory’s life on Monday October 21st at Thorpe Brothers Funeral Home from 1-4 pm for a visitation and memorial followed by a celebration of life at Two Doors Down from 5-7pm, located at 139 Market Street, Brantford.
