PHELPS, Sara F., 87, of Valrico, died on January 21, 2018. Born in Durham County, NC, she was a homemaker and a member of Southside Baptist Church. She was very dedicated to her family, her church, and her Lord and Savior in any capacity that she felt called to. She is predeceased by her husband Victor H. Phelps, parents Arvy and Ethel Mae Frazier, brother Robert Frazier, son Richard L. Phelps and sister-in-law Cathie Frazier. She is survived by her sons John M. Phelps (Cheryl) and Robert M. Phelps (Cindi), brothers Richard Frazier (Dorothy) and Raymond Frazier, 7 grandchildren Richard L. Phelps, Jr. (Hollie), James Andrew Phelps (Marissa), Patricia Phelps Gray (Artie), Joy Phelps Torrence (Crisler), John W. Phelps (Christiana), Kyle R. Phelps (Allison) and Dustin W. Phelps (Katelyn), 7 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild, sister-in-law Helen Frazier and daughter-in-law Linda Phelps.
