Ronald was born April 1945 to Stella Arlene Lathrop in Warsaw, NY. After graduating from Maryvale High School in 1963, he went on to study Civil Engineering & Construction Management at Florida International University.
He enlisted in the United States Navy in 1966 as a SeaBee where he served in Vietnam and Antartica, he was Honorably Discharged in 1970. He worked as a Civil Engineer until his retirement in 2017. He always knew he wanted to be an Engineer.
He enjoyed fishing and on occasion some dry humor. His proudest family moments were the births of his two sons and participating in their growth and maturity.
His wish is that others learned from his work ethic, goals he set, be dependable and truthful. He loved his family and close friends.
Ronald was predeceased by his wife Rashmi Constantino, father Charles M. Constantino, mother Arlene Lathrop Constantino. He is survived by his siblings Donald Constantino, David Constantino, Carrie Constantino Venezia, sons Ronald Charles Constantino & Angelo Robert Constantino, Daughter in law Michelle Constantino, Grandsons Joshua Smith and Matthew Constantino
