Elkins, Paul Sr., 89, of Tampa, FL entered into final rest on October 24, 2018. He was born in Roderfield, W.V. on March 3, 1929. He lived in Tampa for 65 years. He owned and operated businesses in the Tampa Bay Area. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Evelyn C. Elkins. He has two children, son, Paul Elkins Jr. (Karyn) and daughter, Debra Elkins Garcia (Edward); five grandchildren, Kimberly Anne Garcia M.D. (Tate Falduto), Christopher Elkins (Sara), Kelly Garcia Townsend (David), Jeffrey Elkins Esq. (Robin) and Lori Elkins Simonovski (Vladimir); and six great-grandchildren, Sydney Tate Garcia/Falduto, Luke Elkins, Jake Elkins, Blake Edward Townsend, Presley Elkins and Ordan Simonovski.
