Lisa Marie Martin

Sunrise February 8, 1984 - Sunset January 11, 2017

Lisa is survived by her loving children, Elijah, Kai, and Gabriella; her parents, Maria and Vincent Gibson of Valrico Florida; siblings, Nancylee, Anthony, Monique, and Jesus. She is preceded in death by a large and loving family to include, ten nieces, and six nephews.

Lisa was born on the 8th of February 1984 in Abington, Penn., She lived her early years in Philadelphia Penn. surrounded by her loving family. At the young age of four, Lisa moved to Valrico, Fla. with her family, where she lived a wonderful childhood. From early on Lisa brightened up the room with her vibrant, outgoing, and tender spirit. During her younger years, Lisa participated in many recreational activities, from modeling to cheerleading. She enjoyed swimming and playing with her siblings and friends. She graduated from Bloomingdale High School in 2002. Lisa lived most of her professional life in nursing where her passionate love for people had an effect on the many she provided care for. Lisa encouraged her children to follow their dreams and pushed them to pursue their goals. Her children remember her as a sweet and generous mother with a heart pouring of love.

Lisa had fun, and radiated life to all those around her. She was a witty and a dedicated individual who loved the beach and spending quality time with family and friends. In a large part of her youth she attended Bloomingdale Brethren Church which was a corner stone for her faith in Jesus Christ.

A service to Celebrate the Life of Lisa, is scheduled for 6 p.m. Friday, January 20, 2017 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home. Lisa will be laid to rest 12 noon Saturday, January 21st, 2017 in Hillsboro Memorial Gardens. Pastor Eric Desamour will be providing the word of encouragement. All are welcome to attend.
