Lillian Mae Vargo

Lillian is survived by her beloved children, Laura Vargo, Raymond A. Vargo; grandchildren, Rachel Barnett, Jessica Barnett and Andrea Barnett; great grandchildren, Gisselle, Frankie, Annabella and son-in-law, Rich Dees.

In addition to her parents, Lillian was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Raymond H. Vargo, and daughter, Marilyn Dees.

Lillian was an enthusiastic member of the Brandon Homemakers Club for 40 years. During her time there, she enjoyed baking for many charitable organizations, socializing and traveling with fellow members. Lillian also enjoyed numerous hobbies from crocheting & cross-stitch to pottery, but most of all she cherished time with her beloved family. Lillian was also a devoted parishioner at Nativity Catholic Church.

A memorial mass will be held at 10am on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at Nativity Catholic Church, 705 E. Brandon Blvd. Brandon, Florida 33511. A graveside service will be held at 1:30pm, at Sarasota National Cemetery 9810 SR-72 Sarasota, Florida 34241.
