WALDROP-JOHNSON, Joy, 94, formerly of Polk County, Tenn. entered into rest February 16, 2017. Joy was a member of West Thonotosassa Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Diana Waldrop; son, Dickie Waldrop. Survivors include her son, Jerry Waldrop (Ruth); daughter, Peggy Waldrop Dukes (Richard); nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, February 20, 2017 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home 2323 W. Brandon Blvd., Brandon. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
