Joleen S Williams

Mrs. Joleen S. Williams (Zinnel) daughter of the late Alvin and Esther (Schumacher) Zinnel. Joleen was born May 27th, 1948 in Joliet, IL and raised in Braidwood, IL. Joleen took her heavenly flight on November 13, 2020. She is survived by her husband George L. Williams, whom she married on October 15, 1974. She is survived by her sister, Rosalee Koslowski; Brother-in-laws, James Bunting and Bobby Stehlik, of Braidwood, IL.

She is also survived by her children: Tony Williams, Downs, IL; George G. Williams, Colorado Springs, CO; Jeff (Teresa) Housman, Morris, IL; Kelly (Kathy) Housman, Channahon, IL; Tim Williams, Roberts, IL; Brenda (Scott) Ripley, Pontiac, IL; Brian (Maria) Williams, Riverview, FL; and Melvin (Johnna) Williams, St. Anne, IL.

She is also survived by her Grandchildren: Andrina, Anthony, Adrienne, Amanda, Brieann, River, Matt, Megan, Chris, Brett, Jenna, Nathan, Matthew, Derek, Dylan, Hayley, Kayla, Bryan, Serenety, Journey, and 10 beloved Great Grandchildren.

She was proceeded in death also by her brother Donald Zinnel; sisters, Sandra Stehlik and Caroline Bunting, and son Matthew Scott Williams.

Joleen enjoyed spending time with her friends at the Showman’s Club in Riverview, FL and with her bowling team. For the past 40 years, she enjoyed running the family business, G & J Concessions, with her husband. Her greatest joy was spending time with her Grandchildren and Great Grand Children, who fondly referred to her as Grandma Corndog. XOXOXO
