Jeff and I were friends when he lived in Ellis Grove Illinois. We ran around together. After I left to go in the service we lost contact with each other. I still think of the things we did and smile. I'm very sorry for your loss.

On December 6, 2013, Jeff and I got married. Since them Jeff has been an amazing man. A great husband and father to my son. I cannot put to words how thankful I am for him. A year ago, he started feeling really sick, but even through all that he kept a positive spirit. I remember how much he loved singing, dancing, and watching his favorite TV shows. He's also a big outdoors guy. He's always talked about how he will go hunting with his sons once he gets better. I remember his love for music, and how he shared this passion to our son. They are always in the living room listening and singing to classics from Elvis Presley, Michael Buble, and Johnny Cash. I remember when his brother got him an Alexa speaker. He loved that thing so much; asking Alexa for the weather, music, and even jokes in what seems like every 5 minutes. I am forever thankful and grateful for having him.
My heart is shattered but at the same time I am comforted by the fact that he is back home looking after us with God up in heaven. I love you and will forever miss you.
