STALEY, Gary, 75, of Brandon passed away January 25, 2015 at Moffitt Cancer Center. Born January 30, 1939 in Kenova, W.V. to the late Henry Bea & Faye Staley; he was predeceased by his brothers James Roy & David Kent. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Becky, daughter Susan Coker (Greg), sons Brian Staley (Beyoncie), Neil Staley (Michelle), 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, sisters Jill Ashworth (Gary), Brenda Svetlick & many nieces and nephews. Gary served in the U.S. Marine Corp and was retired from GTE Florida. He grew heirloom tomatoes; preserving their seeds for the Seed Savers Exchange, of which he was a lifetime member and was past President of Greater Tampa Bay PC Users Group. There will be a gathering of family & friends Monday, February 2, 2015 at 1:00 p.m., with a memorial service to follow at 2:00 p.m., both at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home.
