Frank Edward Lowe, affectionately known to our family and friends as Pepa, or Uncle Frank passed away January 29th in his home, to rejoin his loving wife Hazel in heaven. He was a man like no other. A father to us all, a brother to so many more, he was a dedicated member and Past Worshipful Master of Desoto Lodge #105, as well as Past District Deputy Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Florida. He dedicated most of his life to helping others whenever and however possible. Growing up as an orphan in a children’s home, he had a dedication to the underprivileged youth of our community that truly came from his heart. His children’s charity clothed migrant children, and gave scholarships to those deserving and in need. Frank, along with his wife Hazel, did not know a person who’s heart they did not touch, transform, or help in some way. Their humanity will remain forever unmatched, and those that felt their love will never forget their kindness. He is survived by sons, Casey Lowe and Jeff Lowe, grandchildren, Cara, Casey, Collin and Randi Lowe, and great grandchildren Jadyn and Trey Lucas, and Claira Lowe. While we miss him dearly, his heart is back where it should be, in the arms of our Mema, Hazel. May they watch us from heaven eternally. We love you Pepa.
