Donald Miller, born April 28th, 1939, peacefully departed this world on January 26th, 2024, surrounded by family and friends. He was a true Tampa native, growing up in Sulfur Springs and graduating from Hillsborough High School. He served our country in the U.S. Army.
Donald retired after a 30-year career as a lineman and member of IBEW Local #221.
Donald is now reunited with his wife, Sharon, of 50 years, his parents, and four brothers: Floyd, Kenneth, Sherman, and Paul.
He leaves behind his devoted daughters, Dallas Elkins of TN, and Cathy Kudlinski, husband Scott, of Seffner. He also leaves behind five grandchildren: Darryl Reinhard Jr., spouse Walter Mattos; Paul Elkins Jr.; Donald Elkins, wife Summer; Drew Kudlinski, wife Samantha; and Aarin O’Dell, husband Dylan. Additionally, he is survived by nine great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
