David was predeceased by his father Jim Strickland, mother Pauline Strickland, and siblings Bobby Strickland, Marie Johnson, Dorsey Strickland, Patricia Sales, Darryl Strickland, and Glenda Mcquagge. He is survived by his wife Lynn Strickland, brother Dennis Strickland, daughters Sherry Mosley (Mike), Michelle Strickland, Erin McHan (Jonathan), and Julie Strickland, grandchildren, Kaitlyn Strickland, Kelsey Lindner, Shelby Hodge, Carl Goss Jr., Savannah Strickland, Lenze Goss, Dawson Goss, Logan Raulerson, Haylee Strickland, Kendal Vance, Tanner Raulerson, Devin Strickland, extended family Devin McHan and Jonathan McHan. 7 great grandchildren.

A visitation for David will be held Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, 2323 West Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511. A funeral service will occur Friday, February 11, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home.
