Spangler, Charles “Chuck” Edward Jr. 47, of Seffner entered into rest Dec. 15. Chuck was loved by all who knew him. He is survived by his mother Christine E. Spangler; two sisters, Lisa S. Fahl and Maria S. Galloway; as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He now joins in Heaven his father Charles Sr., both grandmothers and both grandfathers, one uncle and one aunt. A celebration of his life will be held at Stowers Funeral Home on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 5pm; family will start receiving guests one hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers, donations in Chuck’s name can be made to SPCA of Tampa.
