I cant belive it has been a year. Good man taken far to early in life 

Charlie,  you are the person everyone wants next to them in while in the trenches, solid and reliable, funny too.  It was a pleasure working with and knowing you.  You will always be in my thoughts.

You sir were one of the most honest men I’ve worked with and could rely on, No matter what.  
You were not just a colleague you were a great friend.  
Although this was way to early, we will talk again in the future.

Chuck was a good freind.. I have known him for over twenty years.  Chuck took life the way he wanted, with no apologies .. It was his way or the highway .. Rest in peace my friend   Joe Rindosh

There are so many memories of us that come flooding back.   I will always remember the good ones.  Rest in Peace, Chuck.   May God's loving arms welcome you home.  

I first met Chuck many years ago at the jail in downtown Clearwater as a co-worker. I worked with him as he went on to patrol and other assignments.
He always worn the uniform well, was always calm and never got rattled. He was a good cop who served honorably and professionaly.
Please know that Chuck's family and friend's are in my thoughts and prayers.


I worked with Chuck from 1987 until he retired.  He was a very unique individual and had a way of using humor while getting the job done. He was a great guy and will certainly be missed. My condolences to his family and may he rest in peace.

No words can ever express how much you will be missed and how much you are loved. I loved being your Aunt .

He was my Brother. I was always proud of him just for that but, he was a career Sheriffs Deputy for 30 years and that is all he ever wanted to be in Life. I could always depend on him growing up being the Big Brother he was and stand up for me when I would get into trouble with the older guys. He had a flare for the Ladies, dressed well and Loved his friends. He is already missed. He is with Mom, Dad and Mark now.    R.I.P.  Sorry for your Battle.
