Catherine Mary Williams

Cathy was born on June 7th, 1949, to James and Cecelia Jensen in Racine, Wisconsin. She was the oldest of seven children: Dennis, Theresa, Edward, Patricia, Ken, and Marie. She shared a special closeness with each of them as well as their families.

On April 19th, 1969, she married her devoted husband, Chester Earl Williams. Together, they raised their four children: Chris, Cheri, Bobby, and Sandy. Over their years together, they served their family, friends, church (Nativity Catholic Church), and community.

She was best known for her strong faith, love for her family and friends, generosity, and attention to detail. Along with her husband and closest friends, she sang faithfully in the Nativity Chorale for decades.

Cathy was predeceased by her parents, James and Cecelia Jensen; grandchildren, Stephanie Jenner and Josh Williams; and great grandchild, Skye Jenner. She is survived by her husband, Chester; children, Chris, Bobby, Cheri (husband Geordie), and Sandy (husband Mike); grandchildren, Cory, Amanda, Melissa (husband Tyler), Lily, Rachel, Austin, Morgan, Kaleb, and Rebekah; and great grandchildren, Kaeden, Ashlyn and Mason.

She will be forever missed, but her family and friends are thankful that she is fully healed. Her favorite quote is, “Pray, hope, and don’t worry. Worry is useless. God is merciful and will hear your prayer.” (Padre Pio)
