She graduated from McMaster University, Hamilton Ontario, with a degree in Physics and Mathematics for Nursing. As a skilled nurse specializing in the operating room, Carol was highly respected throughout her 50 year career, of which 32 years were spent at Tampa General, from where she ultimately retired. Carol took care of everyone around her and was a staunch advocate for anyone in need of medical care.
Carol served faithfully in her church, Holy Innocents, Valrico FL. She was a youth group leader, part of Ageless Wonders, Crusillo, and a choir member for 35 years.
Carol's biggest love was entertaining and making her guests feel special. Her loving and generous hospitality will be missed by all. Carol also found joy playing bridge, traveling and soaking up the sun.
