I will miss Barbara deeply. She and I struck up a great friendship while at one of the DAR meetings and it blossomed from there. She was one of the first ladies I became acquainted with there and I never regretted it. I will miss her SO much. Condolences go out to her family. Rest in peace, my friend.

I met Barbara through DAR, and she was such a smart and charming lady. I was the Vice Regent and both Arlene, the Regent, and I were so grateful for her support and her graciousness. What a fine lady and we were so sadden when she moved away and even more sadden to hear of her passing. However, 95 is awesome and to die on her birthday is memorable. I remember when we had her 90th BDay celebration at our DAR meeting, she was so touched.
