Eric was born on February 24, 1965, in Flemington, NJ to the late John and Shirley (Heidrich) Seo. Eric grew up in Connecticut before settling in Sussex County in 1981. Eric was an avid golfer who spent countless hours on the course, perfecting his swing and enjoying the camaraderie of his golfing buddies. An exceptional BBQ chef, Eric was known for his mastery of the grill, often gathering friends and family for summer cookouts.
Eric was a dedicated fan of the Carolina Hurricanes, Cleveland Browns, and NASCAR. His enthusiasm for sports was contagious, and he often shared his excitement with others.
Eric is survived by his brothers, Mark Seo, Michael Seo and Brian Seo; his nieces and nephews, Matthew (Sara), Brittany, Kristen, Bradley, Kyle, Anya and Christopher and his grand-nephew and grand-niece, Mason and Kenna.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2024, from 10 AM – 2 PM at Wood Funeral Home, 16 Main Street, Branchville, NJ. A memorial service will begin at 2 PM.
