Passed away peacefully in his home on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at the age of 68. Predeceased by his father Joseph. Survived by his mother Emily, brother John, sister Mary, life partner, Luciana and his loving son Corey.
Will fought his battle with ALS with dignity and courage. He faced many challenges in his life and overcame them all while maintaining his beliefs in truth and honor. He believed that it is important to do the right thing and to stand up for others. He reflected on a life of many journeys that were filled with love and family but his proudest accomplishment was his son. He never understood how he could have been so lucky to have had a son like Corey.
With him to the very end, Luciana cared for him, loved him and helped him in the toughest moments. Her love helped him through his battle with ALS all the way to the very end. We will be forever grateful that they found each other and that she was able to shower him with compassion and kindness.
Will passed too soon. He will be missed everyday but we know he has been freed of this cruel disease and is playing cards and watching the Leafs with his father Joe now. Here’s hoping they finally win the cup Bill!
