Maria was born on January 26, 1941 in Malta to the late Lawrence and Carmen Peresso.Maria will be she will be immeasurably missed by her brothers: Gorg, Vincent (the late Maria), Johnny (Annette), Leli (Lora), Dominic (Susan) and sisters: Lora, Catherine (George), Ethel, Myriam, Joyce (Grezzju), Anna (Victor).
She will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews, her extended family and numerous friends here in Canada and abroad.
Family and friends may gather at the Andrews Community Funeral Centre - 8190 Dixie Road, Brampton (North of Steeles Avenue) 905-456-8190, on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm. A Funeral Mass will take place at 1pm on Thursday, January 25, 2024 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 940 North Park Dr. Brampton, ON L6S 3L5. Interment at Assumption Catholic Cemetery, Mississauga, Ontario.
She was loved in life and will not be forgotten in death.
